Why pay for an IT engineer to travel when usually a problem can be fixed from the desk?

We are fanatical about IT that supports the business, without dominating it. Our support services embody this philosophy, starting with the lowest cost service first:

  1. Telephone support. Manned from 8.30-5.30 Monday - Friday*, our technical team frequently resolve users’ technical challenges over the phone with no further support being necessary.
  2. Remote support. You’ve seen the customer log in on our web site. Using remote access software, we’ll access your system to fix the problem.
  3. On-site support. As part of our facilities management service, we’ll visit you on site to carry out general maintenance tasks and support your staff by fixing glitches or system quirks that have appeared since we last saw you.
